We are working through parking permit requests as quickly as possible and processing them in the order they are received.
For now, much of this process is being handled manually through email, which means reviewing applications, verifying vehicle information, updating records, and responding individually can take a little time. We appreciate everyone’s patience while we work through the requests.
The good news is that this is not how we plan to handle these types of requests long term. As the resident portal is developed, we plan to move parking permits, vehicle registrations, special parking requests, and other routine community matters into the portal so residents can submit and manage information more easily.
If you have already submitted your permit information, there is no need to send it again unless we contact you for additional information. We will get to each request as quickly as we can.
