How this HOA website handles resident information and administrator access.
Information collected
The current public Contact page links residents directly to the property management email address. If a public website form is enabled in the future, it may collect the name, email address, subject, category, and message that a resident chooses to submit.
How it is used
Resident messages sent through the email link are handled by the property management company in the resident's email application. Future website form information, if enabled publicly, would be used by the HOA to review and respond to resident messages.
Access
Contact information is not shown publicly on the website. Authenticated website administrators may access protected management areas for approved HOA follow-up workflows.
Cookies and analytics
The public website does not currently include an analytics script. Supabase authentication cookies are used for administrator sign-in and content management areas.
