To make visitor parking easier to identify and manage, the Association plans to number the individual visitor parking spaces throughout the community. Numbering the spaces will provide a clear and consistent way to identify a particular location when discussing parking issues, reporting concerns, or coordinating temporary parking needs.
Once the resident portal portion of the community website is fully operational, residents will also be able to request specific visitor spaces for temporary reservation in connection with special events, such as milestone birthdays, graduations, family gatherings, or similar occasions.
Requests will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis and accommodated to the extent reasonably possible based on availability and the needs of the community. A reservation will apply only to the specific spaces and approved time period and will not create any permanent or continuing right to that space.
The goal is to give residents a simple and organized way to plan for occasional additional guest parking while preserving visitor parking as a shared community resource available for everyone.
