Residents and tenants may report parking concerns or suspected violations to the Association or property management for review.
Residents and tenants are not authorized to order or request the towing of another vehicle on behalf of the Association. Towing from Association-controlled property may be authorized only by the Board of Directors or an authorized agent acting on the Association’s behalf in accordance with the Association’s parking rules and applicable law.
When reporting a parking concern, residents should provide as much information as possible, including the vehicle’s location, make, model, color, license plate number, and the nature of the suspected violation.
If your vehicle has already been towed, contact the Association’s designated towing company directly for information regarding the vehicle’s location, retrieval requirements, fees, and release procedures.

Vehicles creating an immediate safety hazard, parking in fire lane, blocking emergency access, or involving an emergency should be reported to the appropriate public safety authorities.
